Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to consulting services provided by Judy Mwaih, an independent consultant based in Kent, WA.
1. Cancellation Policy
I value both your time and mine, and aim to provide a fair and transparent scheduling policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or “no-shows,” are not eligible for a refund. A “no-show” is defined as failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice.
2. Refund Terms
Service Delivery
All completed consulting sessions and delivered project work are non-refundable.
Exception
If a service is not delivered as agreed due to an error on my part, a full or partial refund may be issued.
Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used and may be subject to the policies and processing times of third-party payment providers.
Refunds are issued at my reasonable discretion in accordance with this policy.
3. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business daysfor the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with my services, please contact me at judycnr666@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery. I will make a good-faith effort to review and address your concerns and work toward a reasonable resolution.
