1. Introduction

Welcome to Judy Mwaih. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of my website and consulting services. Services are provided by Judy Mwaih, an independent consultant based in Kent, WA.

By accessing my website or using my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use my services.

2. Scope of Consulting Services

Judy Mwaih provides professional management consulting services, including but not limited to business strategy, process optimization, cost reduction advisory, and organizational development.

The specific scope of work for any engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments for services are processed securely via secure third-party payment processors.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has commenced, in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Clients are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their chosen payment method.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While Judy Mwaih strives for excellence, business outcomes are influenced by many factors beyond my control. I do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business success as a result of my consulting services. All advice provided is for informational and strategic purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information necessary for the delivery of consulting services. Failure to provide required information may result in delays or termination of the engagement.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation. Please refer to my Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or my services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in the State of Washington, prior to pursuing any legal action.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Judy Mwaih shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of my services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at my discretion if a client violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful conduct.
